Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To make sure you get the lowest possible shipping price, I mail all of my orders using Canada Post regular mail, so there is no tracking number on your order.

Delivery takes 2-4 business days within Canada, 4-6 days to the US and 4-7 days international. However, Canada Post can sometimes experience delays and I am not responsible for them.

Please give it some time and wait until 2 weeks after receiving your shipping confirmation email to contact me about your package.
If you are in Ottawa, Canada, you can save money on shipping by picking up your order at local vegan cafe, Little Jo Berry's. There is a dropdown menu in the checkout section of my shop where you can either click "Standard Shipping" or "Local Pickup at Little Jo Berry's Bakery" in Hintonburg.
