To make sure you get the lowest possible shipping price, I mail all of my orders using Canada Post regular mail, so there is no tracking number on your order.

Delivery takes 2-4 business days within Canada, 4-6 days to the US and 4-7 days international. However, Canada Post can sometimes experience delays and I am not responsible for them.

Please give it some time and wait until 2 weeks after receiving your shipping confirmation email to contact me about your package.

If you are in Ottawa, Canada, you can save money on shipping by picking up your order at local vegan cafe, Little Jo Berry's. There is a dropdown menu in the checkout section of my shop where you can either click "Standard Shipping" or "Local Pickup at Little Jo Berry's Bakery" in Hintonburg.

After you order, wait for an email from me letting you know when it will be ready for you to pick up (1-3 business days). If you do not receive a pickup ready email within 5 business days, please contact at luckylittlequeer@gmail.com.

Orders are packaged in paper or cardboard mailers. Please recycle when you’re done with them!

All packages are branded with a “Lucky Little Queer” stamp, however if you would prefer for your packaging to be discreet, please leave me a message at check out and I will make sure it has no branding on it!
